I was remodeling my home and had a handful of electrical needs. Tom at Phase 1 Electrical met with me and gave me suggestions on new can lights to open up my living space more by taking out some of the drop lights. He also suggested that I change out all of the old and outdated switches, which I did. My house looks great and has a totally different look and feel inside with an ambience that I couldn’t imagine was possible in this little, old home. All the work was done to my satisfaction, on time, and on a budget I could afford.

The Phase 1 electrician, Tom, showed up on time to put up my ceiling fans. I was worried that having to put up multiple fans would take longer than it did. Tom worked quickly and he was organized & kept things clean while working. I hadn’t had time to move the boxes to the rooms I wanted them to be installed, Tom not only moved each one to the room, he also opened the boxes, broke them down when done, and placed the trash in my trash bins. I am very happy with the service and price (was reasonable based on research I did) and would use Phase 1 again.

Installed recessed lighting in my basement ceiling. Also installed switches and outlets. Installed a sub panel as well. Phase One came on time, did what he said he was going to do at a reasonable price. I was satisfied and will recommend them to others.

Tom from Phase 1 electric replaced our electrical panel, replaced three gfi’s receptables, and one box. Put a sleeve on my garbage disposal wiring,, whole house inspection, identified and labeled panel controllers. Also, replaced a motion security fixture @ my mother’s house. I was looking for a electrician for quite awhile, for my rental property. There was work that needed to be done, prior to selling. Noticed an ad in the “Reach” magazine, and decided to make a call. Glad I did. Tom immediately answered my call, and an appointment was made the very next day. He arrived looking very professional and introduced himself to me. Very polite and courteous. He listened to my concerns and responded right away. Told me what I needed to have done, brought needed parts, and was very timely in letting me know the approx. time of return, etc. I had the option of leaving or staying at the residence. He cleaned up after completion of services, answered my questions clearly. Not only answered questions related to the rental property but answered questions, I had, relating to other family properties. I will call and schedule other services at a later date. All work was completed to my satisfaction, and I will recommend the company to my friends, neighbors, and to anyone looking for electrical service.

Tom replaced my electrical panel and was very prompt in doing so. He made me feel really comfortable the entire experience. I will be a repeat customer! I’m so glad I called Phase 1 Electric. I heard this strange noise coming from my electrical panel and all of a sudden it just died and I lost power Sunday night around 9 pm. I called them as soon as it happened and the owner Tom was at my house within 35 minutes. He looked over everything and explained what had happened. He was able to stay and fix it that late at night even though it took several hours to complete the job. He was very knowledgeable and patient enough to answer all my questions to help me understand things. I am very thankful he was so prompt to respond and get the job done right away. Despite the time of day he had a great attitude and I could see he has a real passion for his work. Thanks again Tom!
